Refund and Exchange is possible under the following circumstances:
- The item(s) is/are damaged, faulty or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product or not as per order specifications.
- The size you ordered is not fit to your feet due to any reason.
- Item(s) purchased can be exchanged in our main display store in Lahore if it is purchased by visiting us here.
- No returns to store will be accepted without the invoice copy or courier receipt sent with the package.
If item is purchased through our website from other cities ,the em(s) will have to be sent back us through courier service. A replacement product will then be dispatched to customer. Please inform us via email or whats up given on our website.Also mention the fault in the product when returning by courier so that your return process can take place in convenient way.

- If exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- If the product is damaged because of use.
- Product has been tampered with or turned by hitting hard or water washed.
- Insole does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” after stipulated time period mentioned above.
- If invoice is missing.
Orders may be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances like item is out of stock, or the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution, or the delivery area is out of the range of our designated shipping service provider.
Note : Exchange and refunds are not allowed for items purchased under promotion & discounts. However, exchange is allowed due to size issue only with no free shipping.
